Requirements:

- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, CloverTap, WebEngage, or MoEngage.
- Expertise in communication targeting and channel orchestration.
- Operational excellence in CRM/lifecycle design.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills for SEO-optimized campaigns.
