|Key Roles & Responsibilities|
|Primary Role Description|
|o As an AADM you’d have to spot talented insurance advisors and recruit them to sell the policies.
o You’d have to liaise with the agency head or business mentor to make sure that all functioning is in place.
o You’d have to train the advisors and also go around making joint clients calls to sell high-value insurance policies. You might also need to organize events to increase the visibility of your products and sell them.
o Apart from leads provided by the advisors, you’d also have to generate leads to achieve the company’s objectives.
o Ensuring the desired level of sales of MAX Life products
o Presentation skills
o Result oriented
o Sales acumen
o Consultative sales skills
|Key Roles & Responsibilities:|
|o Achieving the sales target in her/his area.
o Recruit, build; maintain and motivate the agents
o Ensure that the sales force is able to achieve planned business results
o Assign territory to the sales force;
o Evaluate the territory’s market Potential and competitive influences.
o Drive for results.
o Training and developing agents on an ongoing basis.
|Key Requirements – Education & Certificates|
|Minimum Qualification required
Should be a Graduate
MBA from a business school/University degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent
|Key Requirements – Experience &Skills|
|· Candidate with Life / General insurance/BFSI Experience, working with broking or insurance Company.
· 1 -2 years experience in sales of Insurance products.
· Age- 24-35 (Male/Female)
· Good Presentation Skills
