Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a structured Training Needs Analysis (TNAS) for resorts.
  • Develop and execute Management Training programs.
  • Collaborate with Resort Corporate and Managers/Department Heads to identify and address training requirements.
  • Create and implement Training and Assessment evaluation methodologies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to maintain a robust Departmental Training Champion system.
  • Monitor and maintain metrics contributing to the success of the Training & Development function.
  • Assist in conducting Assessment Centers and Development Centers.

    Skills Required:

  • 6-9 years of experience in designing training modules, ramp-ups, and maintaining training output.
  • Experience in Planning & forecasting Organizational Training Needs.
  • Strong communication skills (Written & Oral). Familiarity with service-based operations.
  • Proficiency in using Training Tools.
  • Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively.
