Position – ADM /AADM Location
Reports to – Branch Manager
Level – 6B & 7A/B
o As an AADM you’d have to spot talented insurance advisors and recruit them to sell the policies.
o You’d have to liaise with the agency head or business mentor to make sure that all functioning is in place.
o You’d have to train the advisors and also go around making joint clients calls to sell high-value insurance policies. You might also need to organize roadshow and other events to increase the visibility of your products and sell them.
o Apart from leads provided by the advisors, you’d also have to generate leads to achieve the company’s objectives.
Minimum Qualification required
• Should be a Graduate
MBA from a business school/University degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent
Key Requirements – Experience &Skills
• Candidate with Life / General insurance/BFSI Experience, working with broking or insurance Company.
• 1 -2-year experience in sales of Insurance products.
• Age- 24-35 (Male/Female)
• Good Presentation Skills
