  1. Meticulous Data Analysis:
  • Analyze data with attention to detail, offering actionable recommendations for optimization.
  1. Report on Campaign Performance:
  • Present detailed insights into campaign performance, providing valuable customer-centric perspectives.
  1. Collaborate on Advanced CRM Practices:
  • Work with the team to pioneer and implement cutting-edge CRM practices.
  1. Strategic Email Marketing Calendar Management:
  • Manage the email marketing calendar strategically to ensure effective communication campaigns.
  1. Lead Data Stewardship:

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate from a Tier 1 institution.
  • Over 2 years of experience in Data/CRM, preferably in a Digital/CRM agency.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, CloverTap, WebEngage, or MoEngage.
  • Expertise in communication targeting and channel orchestration.
  • Operational excellence in CRM/lifecycle design.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills for SEO-optimized campaigns.
  • Flexible mindset to adapt quickly to changing dynamics.
