Job Title:  Customer Support (Outbound)

Office Location: Turbhe MIDC- Navi Mumbai

Experience: Fresher to 3 years

Languages: English & Hindi

Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate in any stream.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first line of support for solving customer queries
  • Make outbound calls to manage customer appointments with the experts
  • Refer customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
  • Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, and complaints, as well as actions taken
