Job Title: Obstetrician & Gynecologist

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct antenatal consultations and provide counseling to expectant mothers.
- Perform ANC scans and meticulously review the reports for accurate diagnosis.
- Oversee and manage the labor ward, ensuring adherence to standard protocols.
- Carry out C-sections and assist in gynecological surgeries and IVF procedures.
- Supervise and lead the labor ward staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Provide one weekly class to nursing students on midwifery and obstetrics.
- Handle emergency cases during night shifts (once a month commitment).
- Participate in monthly city camps to extend healthcare services.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in Tamil is a must, with a basic understanding of English.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Freshers welcome, with experience in normal deliveries and obstetrics.
- MBBS degree from a government-recognized college.
- Post-graduation degree (MD/DNB/DGO) in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Commitment to a minimum one-year service in our hospital.
- Proficient in conducting ANC scans, C-sections, and normal deliveries.
- Passionate about contributing to the growth of our delivery services.
