Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer
CTC: 12 LPA
Responsibilities
Create a visual brand language and ethos for the brand along with brand identity standards
and guidelines.
Create high impact designs, illustrations and highly engaging animations and videos for all
brand assets across social media and marketing campaigns.
Closely work with marketing team to execute campaign ideas to creative manifestation.
Driving innovation and proactively recommend creative solutions
Assist in the planning and creative process for motion and graphic design projects.
Keeping informed on the latest trends and forecasts in design.
Responsible for the execution of all projects from concept storyboard, execution, animation,
and delivery.
Submit creative deliverables within the agreed-upon timeline
Requirement
2-3 years’ experience in motion graphic design
Expert tool knowledge | After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Lottie, Adobe Illustrator, photoshop.
Deep understanding of fundamental visual & motion design disciplines (typography,
iconography composition, color, composition, layout, etc.).
Basic knowledge of 3D software is good.
Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Graphic Design/product design or relevant experience
Portfolio must exhibit understanding of motion and graphic design principles and best
practices and usability
Design/ Animation support for pitch decks presentations for a wide variety of investors
