The Role:
As our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll orchestrate logistics optimization, ensure seamless inventory control, and foster fruitful collaborations with our network of suppliers and distributors. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and refining logistics procedures, inventory oversight, and raw materials procurement strategies.
- Maintaining meticulous records, crafting data-driven reports, and delivering compelling presentations.
- Cultivating strong internal and external relationships.
- Analyzing shipping data to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Monitoring and reporting on essential Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Navigating legal documents with ease.
- Collaborating across departments to develop sustainable logistics solutions.
- Negotiating competitive prices and terms with partners.
- Monitoring supplier performance to ensure quality and timeliness.
Expectations:
We’re seeking candidates who meet these qualifications:
- Graduates from Tier 1 or 2 Business Schools or B.Tech/BBA from reputable institutions.
- 5 years of post-PG work experience.
- Previous roles with e-commerce giants, ideally in factory/warehouse settings.
- Proficiency in supply chain processes and relevant software (e.g., SAP MM).
- Deep industry knowledge (F&B or FMCG) with expertise in inventory management and cost optimization.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
- Attention to detail paired with a strategic, analytical approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
