Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve Revenue and Profitability Targets: Excel in surpassing departmental revenue and profitability objectives.
2. Compliance: Uphold unwavering adherence to brand standards, corporate guidelines, and established operating procedures.
3. Guest and Employee Satisfaction: Strive to attain targeted scores for both guest and employee satisfaction within your designated area.
4. Staffing and Recruitment: Collaborate in staffing and recruitment initiatives within the Food and Beverage department.
5. Revenue Growth: Take a leading role in increasing revenues through techniques such as upselling, promotions, and other revenue-boosting strategies.
6. Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, address their needs, and skillfully handle guest complaints to ensure a positive experience.
7. Training: Contribute to the growth of team members by providing on-the-job training within designated department areas.
8. Policy Adherence: Ensure unwavering adherence to company policies and guidelines within your area of responsibility.
9. Hygiene Standards: Maintain high company hygiene standards in both front and back areas.
10. Collaboration: Cultivate and nurture strong working relationships with the Outlet team and other backend departments to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a Post Graduate qualification.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Retail or Hospitality industry, with a preference for candidates with experience in the Hotel sector.

Salary: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month
