Senior MIS Specialist

Experience: 10-12 years
Salary: ₹20-25 LPA (Negotiable)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

What You’ll Do:

• Financial Analysis: Dive deep into financial data to identify key trends, opportunities, and insights that drive strategic decisions.
• MIS Reporting: Lead the preparation of Monthly Information System (MIS) reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis and develop operating profit bridges, helping to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Performance Improvement: Provide actionable insights for performance improvement and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement these changes.
• Stakeholder Presentation: Present your financial analysis to senior management and key stakeholders, making complex data understandable and actionable.
• Process Enhancement: Continuously refine and enhance reporting processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency.

Who You Are:
– Experience: You’re a qualified CA with 10+ years of solid experience in financial analysis and MIS reporting.
– Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and accounting principles.
– Tech-Savvy: Proficient in advanced Excel and familiar with MIS reporting software.
– Analytical Thinker: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
– Effective Communicator**: Strong communication skills, able to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
