About This Role
Rojgar Group is looking for a talented Salesforce CRM Developer to join our growing team. If you love building clean, scalable solutions and enjoy working with Salesforce, we’d like to hear from you.
You’ll work with our distributed team to design and develop CRM solutions that really make a difference. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, collaborates well across teams, and isn’t afraid to solve complex problems.
What You’ll Do
• Build and customize Salesforce solutions using LWC, Aura, Apex, and Visualforce
• Design solutions that blend out-of-the-box features with custom code to fit our needs
• Work with our DevOps process using tools like FLOSUM, Jenkins, or CI/CD pipelines
• Integrate systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Write code that’s clean, maintainable, and follows best practices
• Troubleshoot issues and help teammates find solutions
• Document your work and share knowledge with the team
What You Bring
• Hands-on experience with LWC, Aura, Apex, and Visualforce development
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Understanding of OOP concepts and how to apply them
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations
• Familiarity with DEVOPS tools and CI/CD processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt when priorities shift
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
Bonus Skills
We’d especially value experience with:
• Wealth Management or financial services environments
• Agile methodology and Test-Driven Development
• Data migration and bulk data operations in Salesforce
• Salesforce ecosystem products for integrations
• Requirements analysis and system design
• Software design patterns and best practices
