About This Role

We’re hiring skilled Salesforce Developers to join our growing team in Bangalore. If you love building scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning components, we have 10 openings waiting for you.

You’ll work on enterprise-level projects, solve complex technical challenges, and help improve the CRM experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), and Visualforce pages
• Build business logic using Flows, Process Builders, and Async Apex (Queueable, Batch, Future Methods)
• Create custom integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and turn them into technical solutions
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments
• Do code reviews and make sure everyone follows best practices
• Team up with developers, QA engineers, and admins on projects
• Fix bugs, find root causes, and implement improvements
• Write technical documentation and deployment guides

Skills We Need

Must Have:

• 5+ years working as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong programming skills with Apex (classes and triggers)
• Know how to build Flows, Process Builders, and Async Apex (Batch, Future, Queueable)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Framework (LWC or Aura)
• Understand Salesforce Data Model, Object Relationships, SOQL, and SOSL
• Experience integrating APIs – both REST and SOAP
• Know Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy)
• Comfortable using Git or other version control tools
• Good at debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning
• Great communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I/II or App Builder
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps for Salesforce
• Know external data tools like MuleSoft, Postman, or Heroku
• Worked in Agile or Scrum teams before
• Background in Java, .NET, or other object-oriented languages
