Role Overview

As an HR Admin, you will manage key HR operations including payroll, recruitment coordination, policy support, and attendance tracking. You will play an important role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and employee records.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Handle salary structure, PF, ESI, TDS, and reimbursements
  • Coordinate with finance teams for payroll validation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory rules

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support recruitment activities like sourcing and interview scheduling
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures
  • Manage offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain candidate and employee records

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Support audits and documentation
  • Handle employee queries as per guidelines

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Track attendance, shifts, and leave records
  • Prepare attendance reports for payroll
  • Manage HRMS or biometric systems
  • Maintain leave balance and holiday calendar

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of payroll and statutory compliance
  • Experience in recruitment coordination
  • Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
  • Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools like Keka, Zoho People, or GreytHR
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
  • 1–4 years of HR/Admin experience
