Rojgar Group is hiring an IT Recruiter for an IT company in Noida. We are looking for a recruitment professional with hands-on experience in technical hiring, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Understand job descriptions and identify candidates matching the required technical skills and experience.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Assess candidate experience, technical exposure, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer follow-ups, and joining confirmations.
- Work towards recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
- Understanding of IT roles such as Software Developers, Java Developers, Python Developers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, and other technical professionals.
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn is preferred.
- Good candidate sourcing, resume screening, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and shortlist relevant profiles.
- Good follow-up and interview coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
