What You’ll Do
Leadership and Team Management
You’ll lead diverse teams including business development specialists, educational counselors, course management professionals, and administrative staff. Your role is to create a workplace where talented people want to come and do their best work. You’ll oversee the center’s financial performance while ensuring every team member feels valued and supported.
Driving Sales and Growth
Your focus will be on achieving and surpassing revenue targets through smart planning and effective sales strategies. You’ll guide the sales team toward daily, monthly, and annual goals while developing strong local marketing campaigns. Together with your team, you’ll create buzz around your campus through promotional activities and community outreach that gets results.
Managing Academic Excellence
Lead the course management team to ensure students get great experiences and real outcomes. You’ll organize events and activities that matter to students, while keeping a close eye on successful placements and student satisfaction.
Keeping Operations Running Smoothly
You’ll oversee all day-to-day campus operations to ensure everything runs like clockwork. When students, parents, or staff have questions or concerns, you’ll make sure they get quick, thoughtful responses. You’ll also manage the administrative team and handle HR functions like hiring, training, and personnel management. Most importantly, you’ll build a workplace culture where collaboration and great service are the norm.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in education, training, study abroad programs, or sales
MBA or equivalent qualification from a respected institution
Strong leadership abilities that inspire and motivate people
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping any balls
A talent for building genuine relationships with students, parents, and team members
Experience with teaching or mentoring is a big plus
