Looking for a CRM role where you can actually make an impact? We need a CRM Specialist who loves building customer relationships through data and smart engagement strategies.

You’ll create campaigns that keep customers engaged, analyze data to find what works, and help shape how we connect with our audience.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Build and run customer engagement strategies that drive results
• Manage CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and more
• Work with teams across the company to understand customer needs
• Analyze campaign data and find insights to improve performance
• Create reports that show what’s working and what needs fixing
• Handle email marketing calendar and keep everything on schedule
• Keep our customer database clean, accurate, and growing
• Test new CRM tools and techniques to stay ahead

What We’re Looking For

Must Have:

• Post-graduate degree from a recognized institution
• 2+ years working in CRM or data-focused roles
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, CleverTap, WebEngage, or MoEngage
• Strong skills in customer segmentation and targeting
• Good understanding of CRM workflows and customer lifecycle design
• Love working with data and creating detailed reports
• Can handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly

Nice to Have:

• Agency experience is a plus
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools
