Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

CTC: 12 LPA

Responsibilities
 Create a visual brand language and ethos for the brand along with brand identity standards
and guidelines.
 Create high impact designs, illustrations and highly engaging animations and videos for all
brand assets across social media and marketing campaigns.
 Closely work with marketing team to execute campaign ideas to creative manifestation.
 Driving innovation and proactively recommend creative solutions
 Assist in the planning and creative process for motion and graphic design projects.
 Keeping informed on the latest trends and forecasts in design.
 Responsible for the execution of all projects from concept storyboard, execution, animation,
and delivery.
 Submit creative deliverables within the agreed-upon timeline
Requirement
 2-3 years’ experience in motion graphic design
 Expert tool knowledge | After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Lottie, Adobe Illustrator, photoshop.
 Deep understanding of fundamental visual & motion design disciplines (typography,
iconography composition, color, composition, layout, etc.).
 Basic knowledge of 3D software is good.
 Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Graphic Design/product design or relevant experience
 Portfolio must exhibit understanding of motion and graphic design principles and best
practices and usability
 Design/ Animation support for pitch decks presentations for a wide variety of investors
