What Will You Do?
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
As an HR Manager at Dermatouch, one of your main jobs will be to find and hire the right people. Here is what that looks like:
- You will handle the full recruitment process – from posting jobs to final offers.
- You will plan hiring needs with team heads based on business goals.
- You will build sourcing channels using job portals, consultants, and professional networks.
- You will make sure hiring happens on time and within budget.
HR Business Partnering
You will work closely with business leaders and department heads. Your job here is to be their go-to person for all people-related matters:
- Help managers handle team concerns and performance issues.
- Give advice on team structure, employee growth, and people strategies.
- Make sure HR plans always support business goals.
HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle
From the day a new employee joins to the day they leave, you will manage everything in between:
- Run smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Handle confirmations, appraisals, and retention programs.
- Keep all HR documentation and processes clean and up to date.
- Create and update HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Employee Engagement and Culture Building
A happy team is a productive team. At Dermatouch, you will be responsible for keeping the team motivated and engaged:
- Plan and run employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and employee wellbeing.
Performance Management and Reporting
You will track how the team is performing and share useful data with leadership:
- Manage performance review cycles across the company.
- Track key HR numbers like attrition rate, hiring progress, and productivity.
- Share insights and reports to help the leadership team make better decisions.
Compliance and Team Management
You will also make sure the company follows all HR-related laws and regulations:
- Stay updated on labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Guide and mentor the HR team to improve daily operations.
- Drive continuous improvement in all HR processes.
Who Should Apply?

- You have 5 or more years of experience in core HR functions.
- You have handled recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations before.
- You can work with different teams and senior leaders comfortably.
