Location: Gurugram
Industry Preference: IT, Real Estate Retail
Competitive Salary: Up to 12 LPA
Experience: 6-10 years
Key Responsibilities:
– Overseeing a spectrum of legal documentation including Contracts, Lease Deeds, License Agreements, MOUs, and more.
– Ensuring meticulous legal compliance in various transactions such as CAM, Bank NOC, and Termination notices.
– Collaborating with stakeholders in drafting and negotiating agreements.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
– Demonstrable experience in either the IT or Real Estate Retail sector.
– Profound understanding of legal principles and regulations.
– Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
– Ability to excel both autonomously and as part of a team.
