Key Responsibilities
As an IT Product Owner, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and managing requirements for new and existing warehouse implementations
- Working closely with business stakeholders and customers to understand needs
- Creating clear and detailed requirement documents
- Refining, estimating, and managing requirements using Jira and Confluence
- Coordinating with other Product Owners to manage cross-team dependencies
- Breaking down requirements into clear and manageable work items
- Participating in Scrum ceremonies to support smooth delivery
- Ensuring new and updated processes are efficient and effective
- Keeping product documentation accurate and up to date
- Making sure new features are tested, accepted, and deployed on time
- Creating and maintaining product roadmaps with vendor input
- Communicating plans and progress clearly to stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Logistics or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Minimum 3 years of project or product management experience
- Proven experience working with logistics and warehousing systems
- Experience collaborating with country or regional organizations
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Good communication and documentation skills
