IT Product owner

Specific Accountabilities for this role

 Analyze, manage, and prioritize requirements across new and existing warehouse implementations together with business stakeholders and customers
 Create formal requirement definitions and refine and estimate them together with the implementation team using our standard tools Jira and Confluence
 Align with other Product Owners on cross-team and cross-domain implementation and dependencies.
 Break down requirements into manageable and estimable chunks of work to ensure reliable predictability and delivery.
 Participate in relevant Scrum ceremonies to ensure the team is informed and enabled to implement.
 Ensure new and redesigned processes are efficient and effective
 Ensure product document is accurate and complete
 Ensure new features are accepted and deployed efficiently, effectively and timely
 Create and maintain roadmaps, with input from the Vendor, and communicate them to stakeholders

Must-Have Skills and relevant experience
Essential skills and qualifications required for the position.
 Master’s degree in Logistics or equivalent work experience in similar role
 Minimum 3 years project management experience with full responsibility for one or more products
 Proven experience in logistics / warehousing and working with country organizations
 2+ years proven hands-on experience with Blue Yonder warehouse management system
 Profound experience with agile methodologies and frameworks
