We are hiring a skilled Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in Python, Databricks, and MLFlow. This is a full-time opportunity at NeoSOFT.

In this role, you will design and build scalable data pipelines and manage large datasets using modern data engineering tools. You will work closely with analytics, data science, and business teams to deliver reliable data solutions.

This position requires hands-on expertise in Python-based data processing and cloud data platforms.

Job Details

• Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

• Experience Required: 5+ Years

• Location: Any NeoSOFT Office Location

• Salary Budget: Up to ₹30 LPA

• Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM

• Background Verification: Strict BGV

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Python
• Work extensively with Databricks for data processing and transformation
• Manage model lifecycle and experimentation using MLFlow
• Optimize data workflows for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support ML use cases
• Maintain data quality, security, and governance standards
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong expertise in Python
• Hands-on experience with Databricks
• Experience working with MLFlow
• Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes
• Experience working with large-scale datasets
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Comfortable working in shift timing (2 PM – 11 PM)
• Willing to undergo strict background verification
