We’re looking for experienced Solution Architects who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. If you enjoy designing scalable systems, leading technical teams, and working with cutting-edge cloud technologies, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Solution Design & Architecture:

• Understand business requirements and turn them into scalable, secure solution designs
• Create architecture blueprints, technical specs, and reference models
• Choose the right technologies and frameworks for each project
• Make sure everything follows enterprise standards, security policies, and compliance rules

Technical Leadership:

• Guide development teams on best practices and architecture decisions
• Mentor junior architects and senior developers
• Lead technical discussions and help solve complex problems
• Stay updated with latest tech trends and bring new ideas to the table

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with business teams, product owners, and executives
• Explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders
• Gather requirements and make sure everyone’s on the same page
• Present solutions and get buy-in from key decision makers

Governance & Standards:

• Set and maintain architecture standards across projects
• Review technical designs and ensure quality
• Document architecture decisions and keep them updated
• Ensure security and compliance in all solutions

Project Delivery & Support:

• Support teams during implementation and go-live phases
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Monitor solution performance and suggest improvements
• Help with integration challenges and system migrations

What We Need From You

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 10+ years of IT experience overall
• At least 3-5 years working as an architect or in senior technical roles

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with microservices architecture and integration frameworks
• Understand enterprise applications, databases, security, and networking
• Knowledge of modern development practices and DevOps
