Position title – Student Success Mentor – Customer Support
ABOUT THE ROLE
– When working for the customer support experience at Toppr, you’ll consistently have a smile on your face and hunger in your heart to help customer. You will not only be on the front line talking to users, and building relationships; but you’ll become the customer’s advocate inside Toppr. In this role, you’ll take care of Toppr’s customer experience.
So, if you’re interested in hand-delivering happiness to customers, one interaction at a time, then we- d like to meet you!
1-To prospect and retain clients.
2-To handle customer complaints and coordinate with the support team to resolve complaints.
3-To build and maintain client bases, along with relevant comments/remarks for future reference.
4-To recommend strategies students can use to achieve their career objectives, including specific recommendations in areas such as time management and study planning.
5-To prepare the MIS reports in the specified formats.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS :
1. B. Tech. + Call Center/ telecalling experience – mandatory/Fresher
2.Excellent communication skills – English + Hindi mandatory for all mentors (3rd language mandatory for language proficiency mentors)
3. Experience in the Customer Success vertical of any organization is a big plus
Teaching/Mentoring experience is a plus
4.MBA is a plus
5.Must have a laptop/desktop with a good WIFI connection.
