Role & Responsibilities:

As an Apparel Area Sales Manager, you will have a pivotal role in our success. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Distribution Sales: Focus on distribution sales of MBO (Multi-Brand Outlet) stores, ensuring steady growth and expansion in your designated area.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, setting clear targets, and providing guidance to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  3. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed expected sales targets for the area, ensuring that every store achieves its estimated business in terms of turnover and pieces sold.
  4. Parties Handling: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships to expand our presence in the market.
  5. Operations Supervision: Oversee sales team activities and marketing operations to drive increased growth and brand visibility.
  6. Visual Merchandising (VM): Manage visual merchandising displays to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
  7. Stock Audit: Ensure monthly stock audits at all MBO stores to maintain inventory accuracy.
  8. Business Expansion: Identify opportunities for business expansion, and actively work towards adding new parties and increasing market share.
  9. Field Work: Be hands-on and willing to work in the field to understand market dynamics and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, especially in the apparel industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
