Role & Responsibilities:
As an Apparel Area Sales Manager, you will have a pivotal role in our success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Distribution Sales: Focus on distribution sales of MBO (Multi-Brand Outlet) stores, ensuring steady growth and expansion in your designated area.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, setting clear targets, and providing guidance to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed expected sales targets for the area, ensuring that every store achieves its estimated business in terms of turnover and pieces sold.
- Parties Handling: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships to expand our presence in the market.
- Operations Supervision: Oversee sales team activities and marketing operations to drive increased growth and brand visibility.
- Visual Merchandising (VM): Manage visual merchandising displays to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Stock Audit: Ensure monthly stock audits at all MBO stores to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Business Expansion: Identify opportunities for business expansion, and actively work towards adding new parties and increasing market share.
- Field Work: Be hands-on and willing to work in the field to understand market dynamics and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- A graduate degree is required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, especially in the apparel industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
