Area Sales Manager

Job description
 Achieve sales targets in the geography through networking, database, market intelligence,
and references from existing clients.
 Recruit & Manage team of Sales Managers for achievement of sales targets.
 Acquisition of New Business Partners for sales of Real Estate.
 Manage the entire sales life cycle including prospecting, pitching, offering, negotiation, and
Contract closure of B2B Partners.
 Manage the sales pipeline ensuring the pipeline is robust and will meet the targets including
accurate and timely reporting of the pipeline and prospects in the pipeline.
 Builds strong team relationships within and across teams.
 Network within the industry, community, business, and customers to stay current on issues
impacting customers.
 Ensuring 360° client engagement – “Total Client Ownership”.
Requirements -:
 Preferably graduate with sales experience ranging from 4 to 6 years at decision-making level
