Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

• Lead diverse teams: Business Development, Educational Counselors, Course Management, Administrative Staff, and Support Personnel.
• Oversee Profit and Loss (P&L) for the center, ensuring robust financial management.

Sales and Marketing:

• Surpass revenue targets through strategic planning, effective sales management, and proactive business development.
• Direct the Sales Team to achieve daily, monthly, and annual targets.
• Execute localized marketing strategies for increased visibility and student enrollment.
• Collaborate on engaging promotional campaigns and outreach activities.

Course Management and Student Satisfaction:

• Lead the Course Management Team for operational efficiency and heightened student satisfaction.
• Organize engaging cultural activities and ensure successful outcomes and placements in the digital marketing sector.

Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day center operations for seamless functioning and optimal resource allocation.
• Promptly address inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Directly manage the administrative team for orderly campus operations.
• Lead HR functions: recruitment, training, and personnel management.
• Cultivate a collaborative work environment, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in Education and Training, study abroad, or sales.
• MBA or equivalent from a reputable institution.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Effective multitasking and task prioritization.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Teaching or mentoring inclination is advantageous.
