Duties and Responsibilities:
- Should have an Experience of at least 1 year in Customer Service.
- Should be willing to make Outbound calls and answer incoming calls confidently.
- Should take the ownership of complaints and queries of the customers and
proactively follow through to resolution in the given SLA. - Should ensure all customers queries are well-investigated and resolved.
- Develop a professional relationship with customers by building a good rapport.
- Co-ordinate & provide feedback to the internal team for faster resolution.
