📋 Job Description

We are hiring Process Executives for our Contact Centre team based in Chennai. If you are a graduate with good English communication skills and looking to start or grow your career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this opportunity is for you!


🧾 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries professionally via call, email, and chat support.
  • Meet performance metrics like AHT, NPS, Time on System, and Quality scores.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate from any discipline (Freshers can apply).
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable with rotational night shifts (mandatory).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Age: Up to 35 years.
