We are hiring Process Executives for our Contact Centre team based in Chennai. If you are a graduate with good English communication skills and looking to start or grow your career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this opportunity is for you!
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries professionally via call, email, and chat support.
- Meet performance metrics like AHT, NPS, Time on System, and Quality scores.
- Deliver excellent customer experience across multiple communication channels.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from any discipline (Freshers can apply).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable with rotational night shifts (mandatory).
- Basic computer skills.
- Age: Up to 35 years.
