HR Executive – Recruitment & Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling job postings and advertisements to attract candidates on various platforms.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networks, and referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, coordinating interviews with stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from scheduling to onboarding.
  • Evaluate candidates’ suitability, skills, and potential growth.
  • Negotiate offers, facilitate onboarding, and ensure a smooth integration.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics for data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate on talent acquisition strategies and assess results.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Streamline recruitment processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Generate comprehensive recruitment metric reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR with recruitment specialization.
  • HRIS/HRMS diploma; MBA in HR is a plus.
  • Certified in computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets).

Experience:

  • 2-3 years in core recruitment and HR operations.
  • At least 1 year in HR operations and generalist roles.
  • Hiring experience for blue and white-collar
