Key Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling job postings and advertisements to attract candidates on various platforms.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networks, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, coordinating interviews with stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from scheduling to onboarding.
- Evaluate candidates’ suitability, skills, and potential growth.
- Negotiate offers, facilitate onboarding, and ensure a smooth integration.
- Analyze recruitment metrics for data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate on talent acquisition strategies and assess results.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Streamline recruitment processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Generate comprehensive recruitment metric reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR with recruitment specialization.
- HRIS/HRMS diploma; MBA in HR is a plus.
- Certified in computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets).
Experience:
- 2-3 years in core recruitment and HR operations.
- At least 1 year in HR operations and generalist roles.
- Hiring experience for blue and white-collar
