Position: IT Recruiter
Employment Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Location: Permanent Remote/WFH
Work Days: 5.5 days a week – Monday to Saturday
Experience: Min 6 months – 4 yrs into IT recruitment
Timings: Monday to Friday: 12 Noon to 9 PM (IST)
Saturday: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (IST)
Salary: Up to 4.20 LPA

Job Role and Requirements:

Must have experience into end to end IT Recruitment cycle.
Responsible for sourcing and screening profile through various job portals and social networking platforms.
Must be comfortable with 5-6 hours of Telephonic interview screening, making 50-60 calls in a day.
Should be aware with the process of Recruiting, searching, scheduling interviews, negotiation of salary and closing.
