The Role:
Planning & executing digital acquisition campaigns for app install, sign up &
conversions.
Run app install Ads across Google, Facebook, Programmatic and other affiliate, content
discovery and native advertising platforms.
Optimize budgets and funnels daily, to drive maximum impact
Analyse post install & sign-up user journeys to optimize campaigns for revenue and
other business goals.
Work with designers & copy writers to create high performing Ads / Creatives / Landing
Pages
Maintain daily MIS and reporting to monitor and track campaign performance
Experience & Skills Required
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Paid Campaigns in banking/ fintech or social apps.
Extremely strong understanding of running Ads on Facebook, Google (All platforms),
Programmatic, Content discovery & native advertising platforms.
Demonstrable experience in handling large budgets, ideating campaigns, and driving
positive ROI
Strong marketing acumen with supporting examples
Extremely strong in Data interpretation to optimise campaigns
Evaluate data across Facebook dashboard, Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer/Branch
to drive insights for bringing efficiency in primary optimizing metrics
Strong in excel to manipulate and analyze data
Be able to take 100% ownership of the process from start to finish
Strong written and verbal communication
