Job Title: Relationship Manager
Job Overview: To form and maintain connections with business clients/customer in order to drive sales and achieving targets as assigned by the company on monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly basis.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Build positive relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners.
- Assisting with generating new business.
- Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
- Identify potential opportunities and convert the lead into sales.
- Educate and inform clients/customers about the company’s products, services and special offers.
- Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Forward up selling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Participate & involve in Exhibition/Conferences Work
Experience: 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing from NBFC /BFSI Industry
Qualification: Any Graduate (B.com / BBA/ BCA/ BA/ BSC/ and etc.)
Skill Set: Excellent Communication skills
