1. Technical Expertise:

• SAP ABAP Development: The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in ABAP development, including creating and modifying reports, forms, interfaces, and enhancements.
• SAP HANA: Proficiency in SAP HANA, including working with CDS Views and ODATA services.
• Object-Oriented ABAP: Experience with object-oriented programming in ABAP is essential.
• Forms and Reports: The candidate should be skilled in developing SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, ALV Reports, and Classical Reports.
• Interfaces: Experience with ALE/IDOC, BAPI, and other interfaces is required.
• Conversions: Should have expertise in LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) and BDC (Batch Data Communication).
• Enhancements: Familiarity with User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Spots, and BTEs.

2. Functional Knowledge:

• SAP Modules: Basic understanding of functional areas such as SAP Logistics (SD/MM/PP/PM), SAP FI, or SAP HR is necessary. This ensures the candidate can work effectively with functional teams and understand business processes.
• SAP Web Dynpro: Knowledge of SAP Web Dynpro for developing web applications is a plus.

3. Experience:

• 4+ Years of Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and related areas.
• Project Experience: Experience in SAP implementation, support, or upgrade projects, with a demonstrated ability to handle ABAP developments in these contexts.

4. Additional Skills:

• Performance Tuning: Prior experience with SAP ABAP performance tuning and optimization is highly desirable.
• Technical Documentation: The ability to prepare technical specifications and documentation for the developed code.
