Fusion Financials Lead / Fusion Financials Consultant

Description
We are seeking an experienced Fusion Financials Lead / Fusion Financials Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion and Oracle Applications R12 implementations, with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Fusion Financials.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management.
- Conduct end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Financials, managing all aspects of financial processes for large-scale enterprise clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Oracle Fusion modules and Oracle Applications.
- Provide expertise in configuring and optimizing Fusion Financials to meet client-specific business requirements.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and solution design based on business needs.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather requirements and demonstrate Oracle Fusion Financial solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation and post-go-live support phases.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Fusion Financials-related queries and offer ongoing training and support for end users.
Skills
- Minimum of 10+ years of Oracle Fusion and Oracle Applications R12 implementation experience.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Fusion Financials.
- Strong working knowledge of Fusion GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management modules.
- Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations involving the above-mentioned modules.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing the complete lifecycle of Oracle Fusion implementations, from design and development to testing and deployment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and project teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A Master’s degree (MBA, M.Com, etc.) or a specialized certification in Finance or IT is preferred but not mandatory.
Base Salary
INR2200000-INR2500000
Experience
- Professional Experience: 10+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 6 years in Oracle Fusion Financials. Extensive experience in Oracle Applications R12 and at least 2 to 3 full end-to-end implementations of Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management).
