Required technical skills:
● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline/B.E.
● 1-4 years of development experience in fast-paced startups as backend developer
● A proficiency in at least one programming language.
● Should have hands-on experience in any two backend technologies (Python,
NodeJs, GoLang, Java) and related frameworks.
● Good problem-solving skills.
● Thrives in agile environments but also understands the balance in coding discipline
required for large scale, high quality, end consumer apps.
● Comfort and experience working with API development.
● Experience in both jumping into an existing architecture and starting projects from
scratch.
● Proven ability to take initiative and dive into new areas of technology.
● Passion for learning, analyzing technology trade-offs and shipping products.
● Full stack experience is a plus
● Comfortable with SQL, NOSQL databases
● Knowledge on AWS is a plus
● Good logical thinking and fundamentally strong with concepts
