Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Oracle Cloud Implementation who can contribute and own the Order management processes. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Oracle Cloud solutions, with a specialized focus on optimizing and implementing the Order to Cash cycle. This role requires strategic leadership for team handling, deep functional expertise, and a proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Implementation: Spearhead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Order Management processes. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with business objectives
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver projects on schedule and within cost constraints. Use agile methodologies and tools to monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address any concerns
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Oracle Cloud solutions to meet business needs and enhance functionality. Ensure the solutions are scalable and adaptable to changing business requirements
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the new systems. Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and reports for executive review
Skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management and integration with other systems.
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules, including Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, and Shipping.
  • Strong project management skills with experience using agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Oracle Cloud Certification.
  • Experience in consulting or a client-facing role in a similar industry.
Experience
  • At least 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on Order Management processes.
