We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our team at various locations. As a Team Member, you will ensure the highest standard of food and beverage service, providing exceptional guest experiences with courtesy and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of service to increase restaurant sales.
- Prepare the restaurant and takeaway area for operation.
- Take guest orders accurately with politeness and courtesy.
- Assist guests with menu choices, upsell and suggest additional items.
- Process guest bills and ensure their proper handling.
- Assist the Shift Supervisor in store management tasks.
- Follow store rules, policies, and maintain strict grooming and hygiene standards.
- Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge in the food service industry.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.

- Skills:
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage (minimum 6 months).
