Responsibilities and Duties:
- Counsel students for their course inquiries, providing insightful information about our programs.
- Engage with students and parents both in-person and over the phone to address their concerns and queries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets to contribute to the success of our admissions and sales department.
- Calculate conversion rates and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
- Utilize CRM and sales automation tools efficiently to derive sales insights and reports.
- Grow into additional responsibilities as a senior counselor, showcasing leadership qualities.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 1-7 years of relevant experience in academic counseling and sales.
- Proficient in written and spoken English language skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with students and parents.
- Genuine interest in sales and counseling, with a passion for guiding students toward successful career paths.
- Previous knowledge of CRM and EdTech work experience is highly valued.
