Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our team as NON-IT Recruiters. As a key player in our recruitment team, you’ll be responsible for transforming customers into passionate advocates for our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft job descriptions.
- Employ diverse sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who align with organizational goals.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Cultivate relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent acquisition sources.
- Stay informed on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and employment legislation.
- Assist in new employee orientations and onboarding activities.
- Provide support for other HR-related tasks and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Strong sourcing skills using various recruitment channels.
Work Timings:
- 10 A.M. to 7 P.M., Monday to Saturday.
- Weekly Off: Sunday.
Salary:
- Up To 35-40 K
