Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our team as NON-IT Recruiters. As a key player in our recruitment team, you’ll be responsible for transforming customers into passionate advocates for our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft job descriptions.
  • Employ diverse sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Cultivate relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent acquisition sources.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and employment legislation.
  • Assist in new employee orientations and onboarding activities.
  • Provide support for other HR-related tasks and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Strong sourcing skills using various recruitment channels.

Work Timings:

  • 10 A.M. to 7 P.M., Monday to Saturday.
  • Weekly Off: Sunday.

Salary:

  • Up To 35-40 K
