Experience: 4+ years of Sales experience in dealer & distribution management from the Consumer Electronics & Appliances, Consumer Durables, or similar sectors.

Job Description:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing our company during sales-oriented activities with channel partners, end customers, and channel partner customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing a list of channel partners and/or a partner within a designated geographic area. Your goal is to develop effective sales approaches to achieve quotas and strategies while focusing on targets such as market share, reach, addressability, volume, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Represent the company in sales activities, nurturing strong relationships with channel partners and end customers.
  2. Manage channel partners and/or a partner within the assigned region, fostering growth and cooperation.
  3. Develop strategic approaches to sales assignments, ensuring the achievement of quota and strategic objectives.
  4. Attain targets related to market share, reach, addressability, volume, and other critical sales metrics.
  5. Lead the development and management of a robust sales distribution network and effective PR strategies to meet business objectives.
  6. Conduct thorough assessments and appoint suitable Dealers & Distributors, optimizing performance through activating low-performing Dealers and key counters.
  7. Drive PR and Brand promotion initiatives, enhancing our market presence and visibility.
  8. Maintain commercial discipline in all sales processes and operations.
  9. Efficiently manage receivables, contributing to a strong financial position.
