Job Description – BDE/SR BDE
Shift Day: Monday to Saturday
Role and Responsibilities:
- Student Counseling: Engage with potential students by making 50-80+ calls daily and provide them with information and guidance about our products and services.
- Demo Scheduling: Schedule free demo lectures for interested students, giving them a taste of the quality education we offer.
- Post-Demo Follow-ups: Follow up with students after the demo sessions and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Sales Closing: Actively work towards closing sales deals and meeting targets in this challenging yet rewarding sales profile.
- CRM Utilization: Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of all sales activities using CRM software.
- Flexibility: Be open to working on additional days and hours as required to meet objectives.
