Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the first line of support for solving customer queries
- Make outbound calls to manage customer appointments with the experts
- Refer customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
- Keep records of customer interactions, details of enquiries, and complaints, as well as actions taken
