Execute prompt inquires’ follow-up, by meeting through phone or in-person.
Support prospective residents, family members, and advisors in decision-making procedures
through understanding needs and how to meet and exceed expectations.
Develop and maintain relations with prospective referral sources.
Ensure the designed model home site is maintained well and presentable.
Support customers to select the home site, structural options, and house plan.
Support clients with the loan application, attain deposits as per the organization’s
requirements, and advance submission along with approval.
Develop relations with Sales and other teams to ensure proper execution.
Candidate should be from Ludhiana.
Preferably graduate with counselling experience ranging from 2 to 3 years.
Personal pipeline management experience including the ability to make cold calls on
