💼 Industry Preference: IT, Real Estate Retail
💰 Salary: Up to 12 LPA
🕒 Experience: 6-10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing various legal documents including Contracts, Lease Deeds, License Agreements, MOUs, and more.
- Handling legal matters such as Bank NOCs, Termination Notices, and Settlement Deeds.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Proven track record in the IT or Real Estate Retail sector.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
