Performance Marketing Manager

The Role:
 Planning & executing digital acquisition campaigns for app install, sign up &
conversions.
 Run app install Ads across Google, Facebook, Programmatic and other affiliate, content
discovery and native advertising platforms.
 Optimize budgets and funnels daily, to drive maximum impact
 Analyse post install & sign-up user journeys to optimize campaigns for revenue and
other business goals.
 Work with designers & copy writers to create high performing Ads / Creatives / Landing
Pages
 Maintain daily MIS and reporting to monitor and track campaign performance
Experience & Skills Required
 Minimum 3 years’ experience in Paid Campaigns in banking/ fintech or social apps.
 Extremely strong understanding of running Ads on Facebook, Google (All platforms),
Programmatic, Content discovery & native advertising platforms.
 Demonstrable experience in handling large budgets, ideating campaigns, and driving
positive ROI
 Strong marketing acumen with supporting examples
 Extremely strong in Data interpretation to optimise campaigns
 Evaluate data across Facebook dashboard, Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer/Branch
to drive insights for bringing efficiency in primary optimizing metrics
 Strong in excel to manipulate and analyze data
 Be able to take 100% ownership of the process from start to finish
 Strong written and verbal communication
