Roles and Responsibilities
This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance
environment that emphasizes on spreading HobSpace’s unique way of learning across the
globe. Your role will entail qualification of Leads (via various channels), by calling them
and achieving the following –
● Briefing them about the program they have selected or shown interest for
● Generate interest in counseling session for HobSpace’s courses
● 3. Setting up scheduled Demos or Online meetings of prospects with our Academic
Counselors
● Updating task/activities/ relevant information various company platforms
● Accountable for creating verified and good quality qualified Lead Funnel for Academic
Counselors
● Provide work related updates to reporting managers as required from time to time
● You will be expected to achieve the required input & output parameters as required
by the business from time to time
● Working knowledge of Leadsquare and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets
