Position Overview:
We are seeking a competent and organized individual for the role of Admin Executive cum Receptionist. The ideal candidate should have a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills to manage front desk operations while providing administrative support to the team.


  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Answer phone calls, take messages, and route them to the appropriate person.
  3. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional image at all times.
  5. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  6. Assist in managing office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  7. Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  8. Assist in travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff.
  9. Liaise with various vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  10. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  11. Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth office operations.
  12. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.


  1. Proven experience as an administrative executive or receptionist.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  7. Professional appearance and demeanor.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  9. Knowledge of office equipment and telephone systems.
