What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Develop a schedule to assess training needs to identify specific performance gaps
    and knowledge gaps.
  2. Conduct employee surveys and interviews
  3. Communicate training needs and online resources
  4. Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
  5. Track and compile collected data
  6. Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
  7. Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
  8. Test and review created materials
  9. Maintain a database of all training materials
  10. Conduct teacher training and onboarding
  11. Conduct training through new materials for continual professional development
  12. Review performance by assessment to establish transfer of learning
  13. Review, audit and generation of trainer certification report

Skills & Qualifications :

  1. Active listening and interpersonal communication skills
  2. Creativity, Presentation and agile thinking skills
  3. Proficient in delivering online and classroom training sessions
  4. Adaptability and Flexibility to new challenges/ changes
  5. Proficient in Learning management systems (Canvas, Blackboard, Absorb)
  6. Digital learning software (Adobe Captivate, Articulate) would be an added advantage
  7. Demonstrates a high level of proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Experience – 6-8 Years
Languages: Excellent English Communication Mandatory.
Location – Mumbai Based (central line preferred)
Joining – immediate/15 days
Industry – Edtech or similar
